Interim terms covering access to Charm’s private beta. A formal agreement will be published before general availability — until then, these are the ground rules.
Beta software
Charm is in private beta. It’s provided as is, it’s still evolving, and features may change or break. Treat it as an assistant, not yet your only system of record — keep your CRM and inbox as the authoritative source while we’re in beta.
Acceptable use
Use Charm for your own lawful sales work. Please don’t:
- Send spam or contact people who haven’t agreed to hear from you.
- Record calls without the consent your jurisdiction requires.
- Probe, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service to cause harm (good-faith security research is welcome — see Security).
- Connect accounts you don’t have the right to connect.
Your account & data
Your data is yours. How we capture, redact, and store it is described in the privacy overview. You’re responsible for keeping your account access secure and for having permission to connect the inboxes, calendars, and CRMs you connect.
Availability & changes
Beta access may pause, change, or end, and we may update these terms as the product matures. If we make a material change we’ll note it here; continuing to use Charm means you accept the current version.
